Back of House Team Member

Our Back of House (kitchen) team members work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. The highest priority of our kitchen team is to provide an exceptional guest experience by producing the highest quality food with speed & accuracy while continually observing and implementing the proper quality-assurance and food-safety procedures. The Food Prep position may be full- or part-time.

Work quickly and efficiently 

Consistently follow food Safety and cleanliness guidelines 

Consistently maintain proper quality parameters 

Be on feet for several hours at a time

Lift up to 50 lbs.

Be able to perform repetitive motion with arms, wrists and hands 

Prior experience as a cook, grill cook, fry cook, prep cook, line cook, chef, or restaurant crew member or other restaurant kitchen job is not required, but is preferred.
